Eleven of the country’s top bloggers traveled to eastern Idaho to experience first-hand the 2012 Idaho potato harvest.  Pictured with the bloggers is James Hoff, a fourth generation potato farmer.  James’ mother and wife prepared a fabulous meal for the group which included lots of potatoes!
